Program Director & Office Lead

Location: Austin

You need to be a self-starter who is comfortable with juggling multiple responsibilities, always keeping the best interest of the company in mind. You need multimedia experience with an emphasis on air quality permitting and compliance. You must have proven experience overseeing permitting/compliance projects and communicating with clients and internal staff to ensure that our clients’ needs are met. Strong technical and communication skills are imperative to your success. This person must have specific job-related experience and skillsets that demonstrates they can meet the responsibilities outlined below. Location: Denver

Spirit is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead its Land & Water program and build our services in Denver, Colorado. The work anticipated under this position includes wetland delineations, biological assessments, environmental surveys, NEPA analyses, and permitting services. The candidate should have an established and successful history of leading a team, managing private and public (local, state, and federal) projects, including but not limited to, developing proposals and cost estimates, executing projects, developing strategic plans for new business and recruitment, hiring of key personnel, and leadership to support the growth of Spirit’s Denver Cultural & Natural Resources team.

Natural Resources Group Program Director

Location: Houston or Denver

Program-wide management of all aspects of the Natural Resources business including: Business development with obtaining new and retaining and growing existing clients, attaining sales and productivity goals, and managing workload and budgets. Responsible for leading a team of project managers and consultants effectively, promoting a healthy, accountable, successful culture for employees. Extensive knowledge of the Natural Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the Endangered Species Act (ESA), Clean Water Act (CWA), and USACE permitting.
